Free Membership Terms and Conditions

Azul Eloquente Lda (ExpaCity) Terms and Conditions of Use:

By joining, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your access to the Membership services (“Membership”) provided by ExpaCity/Azul Eloquente LDA (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Membership Benefits
Membership entitles you to access the following benefits until June 2026 only:

  • Full webinar/video Library

  • Starter Guides

  • DirectConnect access to experts

  • Discounts, bonuses, and any special events

2. Free membership
Membership is available under the following plan:

  • No payment: This is not a subscription. No payments will be charged. ExpaCity reserves the right to grant members additional future access or end access at any time.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Instructions for cancellation are available by logging in to the Library and following the instructions in "Member Support"

  • Members must self-cancel to end their membership in ExpaCity unless ExpaCity chooses to close the organization.

5. No Refund Policy
Because this is a free membership, there are no refunds of any kind.

This policy is in line with your consumer rights under applicable EU law, including Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, which allows exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital content and services that are fully delivered upon purchase.

6. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to update or modify Membership benefits and features at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where possible and in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the applicable laws of the European Union.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

8. Threats and Bullying

ExpaCity does not tolerate threats made to any ExpaCity employee, contract employee, freelancer, Expert or anyone who is part of providing benefits to ExpaCity Members. Bullying includes verbal, email, social media posts, and any other communication public or private. Members who exhibit this behavior will have their ExpaCity membership and all access automatically revoked.

ExpaCity is a Portugal-registered business under the legal name Azul Eloquente Lda. NIPC 516321471. Business communications may be sent from expacity.com, the content platform kajabi.com, the payment app Stripe.com or other software as part of ExpaCity's member service.
