Subscription Terms and Conditions

Azul Eloquente Lda (ExpaCity) Terms and Conditions of Use:

By subscribing, you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your access to the membership services (“Membership”) provided by ExpaCity/Azul Eloquente LDA (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Membership Benefits
An active subscription entitles you to access the following benefits:

  • Weekly expert-led webinars

  • 1–2 monthly Town Halls

  • 2 monthly Member Forums

  • Full Video Library

  • Starter Guides

  • DirectConnect access to experts

  • Exclusive discounts, bonuses, and members-only events

2. Subscription Plans and Billing
Membership is available under the following plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: €27 per month, billed automatically every 30 days

  • 6-Month Subscription: €135 every 6 months, billed automatically

By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4.

3. Price Lock Guarantee
Your subscription rate is guaranteed for the duration of your continuous Membership. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you may be subject to the then-current pricing.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You will retain access to all Membership features through the end of the term.

5. No Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds or partial credits will be issued.
This applies to both monthly and 6-month subscriptions, regardless of usage or cancellation timing. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

This policy is in line with your consumer rights under applicable EU law, including Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, which allows exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital content and services that are fully delivered upon purchase.

6. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to update or modify Membership benefits and features at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where possible and in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the applicable laws of the European Union.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

8. Threats and Bullying

ExpaCity does not tolerate threats made to any ExpaCity employee, contract employee, freelancer, Expert or anyone who is part of providing benefits to ExpaCity Members. Bullying includes verbal, email, social media posts, and any other communication public or private. Members who exhibit this behavior will have their ExpaCity membership and all access automatically revoked.

ExpaCity is a Portugal-registered business under the legal name Azul Eloquente Lda. NIPC 516321471. Business communications may be sent from expacity.com, the content platform kajabi.com, the payment app Stripe.com or other software as part of ExpaCity's member service.
