This is an annual membership that renews 365 days from your join date. You will receive a notice 30 days and 15 days prior to automatic membership renewal with instructions on how to cancel your membership should you choose to do so. Cancellation instructions are always available in the Start Here category of the Library. You may cancel any membership at any time. However you will retain access until the end of your annual period. See our refund policy below.

All memberships -- except BLACK FRIDAY memberships -- come with a seven-day, no-risk, money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied in the first seven days of your first-time membership (except for Black Friday memberships), you may cancel your membership by following the instructions in the Library or by sending an email to [email protected]. You must initiate cancellation in the Library or your email must be received BEFORE your eighth day of first-time or renewal membership in order to receive a refund. Simply cancel by following the instructions in the Start Here category in the Library or email [email protected] before the start of day eight of your first-time or renewal membership (except Black Friday memberships) and we'll refund your payment in full.

Partner fees are non-refundable as they are administrative fees to link memberships manually.
